Do you need technical help with the iPad hardware or iOS? Examples would include cracked screen, not charging, app catalog, iOS updates, screen time, guided access, apple ID issues.
NBISD offers an iPad Protection Plan for NBISD parents. Normally, it is just offered to grades 6-12 since those grade levels are the only ones who take the devices home. However, with all grade levels having the option of remote learning, and the possibility of a class or campus abruptly going remote, we will be asking all NBISD students to take their iPads home at the end of each day.
